We advise African companies on mergers and acquisitions, fund raising (equity and debt capital markets) and strategy. Moshe Capital works with its investment partners to generate sustainable and sufficient returns on investment and promote inclusive prosperity in Africa through guiding its advisory clients, partnering with and leading its investee companies.
To date, Moshe Capital has advised mining, energy, SME companies on strategy, mergers and acquisitions and finance.
